We want to contribute to sustainable economic growth of sourcing communities in the Global South and initiate projects that contribute to sustainable social development.
Sustainability means that we apply dynamic steering to preserve nature (Planet), the welfare of members in the community (People) and prosperity of the community as whole (Prosperity). The foundation works from a holistic approach. Which means that people involved are part of a working community and the community is part of planet Earth.
We exist to support, guide, or to initiate projects that contribute to social entrepreneurship. Our focus is aimed at divide of welfare within the community instead of profit maximization.

Reward System Employees
Our articles of association state:
- Article 4 Board - Item 6: Members of the Board do not receive any reward for their work. They are entitled to a reimbursement of the costs incurred by them in the performance of their duties.
- Article 4 Board - item 7: Not eligible for a position as board member are people who are employed by the foundation or working for the foundation.
